Shipping Information

UK Mainland

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on average parcel size, weight and cart total.

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail (Tracked Service) unless over 2kg when they will be sent via courier. 

Outside of mainland UK and International Shipping

I do offer shipping outside of mainland UK. If you would like to place an order and you can't find shipping to your country please get in touch and i'll be happy to help.

Please note that any customs charges or import taxes are required to be paid by the customer.  

Dispatch Times

I aim to dispatch parcels within 2-4 working days once an order has been received. Please bear in mind that I am just one person, not a big company, but I will always try to dispatch parcels as soon as possible.

Packaging Information

I aim to use packaging that is environmentally conscious wherever possible. I will only ever include plastic packaging if I am reusing protective packaging that I have received elsewhere. All tape, packing peanuts, protective wrap and boxes are biodegradable or recyclable. I reuse packaging where I can and encourage all customers to reuse the packaging that their orders arrive in wherever possible.
